“I just want to write this letter to the Champion Center to let them know how much I appreciate this place. It’s really a life-saving place for me. I am able to love myself, something I didn’t think was possible, and now I can love my wife, kids, and family like they should be loved. The Champion Center was put in my life for a reason and that was to give me a sober life again and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart."
I want to thank you and your staff. You have given me a new chance with a bright future for my family, with endless possibilities. My journey has been deeply emotional. Benefits for my family and myself are endless. I hope to allow myself to find new ways to forgive myself for my past mistakes. I also want to find a way to thank you all for this very precious gift you have given me. I look forward to making the Champion Center proud of helping me so I can give this gift to others too.
The Champion center is truly a place of magic and sanctuary. Miracles happen here every day. I’ve seen it with my own eyes and I thank you for the opportunity to come here for it has honestly changed my life in every way. I now have the skills to take on my addiction and know I don’t have to do it alone. There is support everywhere you go through meetings and reaching out. And addiction is nothing to be ashamed of. It’s a disease of the brain but can be changed with work and strength, with a little support and a loving god.
I am grateful for the opportunity you have given me. This place will always be special to me. You have given me the tools and coping skills to go out to the real world. You have given me a second chance at life, one in which I can be a happy, loving and caring father and husband. Before coming, my life was falling apart but now I am confident I can flip that script when I get out of here. Thank you for giving me my life back.
Thank you for bringing me to my next chapter in life. I am very grateful for what this next page ha brought and taught. I want to say thank you to the staff in the kitchen for keeping me healthy and balanced. Also thank you very much to the counselors that dedicate their time to give us a better life and coping skills. Thank you for being there and listening. I also want to thank you for giving me this opportunity to change my life for the better!
First off, I would like to start by saying thank you. This opportunity that I have been given has changed my life entirely! My outlook on life is so much more positive and hopeful. Before coming here, I was a total mess – disconnected with life and extremely miserable. Let’s just say the word ‘hope’ was nowhere to be found in my vocabulary. This opportunity you have given me gave my mother a new son, and gave my son a new father. If I didn’t make the conscious decision to walk through these doors, I very well might be dead right now. Thanks to this program, peers and staff alike, I now have the tools to be a productive, healthy, sober member of society. I honestly can’t thank this program enough for all of the encouragement I have gotten, and the hope I have gained.
